Sorry about that . Been busy with work and tests this week, so I haven't quite finished as much as I wanted to with the current chapters, so I think I'll upload two chapters next week to make up for the lack of one this week. I want to ensure I've got a good start on the 'second month setting' of the story and I hope you guys will enjoy it when it gets released .

Fingers crossed! I'm hoping to get a new chapter up some time this week, whether it be Tuesday or Friday. I just need to finish writing a scene or two and look over the rest to make sure things remain consistent. Should be up no later than Friday (I'm hoping . Saturday if I end up being really lazy) and it'll be pretty long. Sorry for the long wait, but I'm hoping I can pick up the pace a little bit.

So, I posted this and as I said in the author's notes of Chapter 1, I thought it would be a good idea to include OCs from the reader! Because X-com has that dynamic of allowing me to edit the names of soldiers and such, I just thought 'hey, why not?' I have a couple of characters from the show that are a part of the narrative, but I can only work with so many characters from the show, background or not.
